Owner, Nicole Meadors, teaches Pilates and Yoga in locations all over the world. Recent destinations include Morocco, Colombia, Indonesia, and her favorite home away from home, Italy. The studio in Hudson NY is fully equipped with Classical Pilates apparatus, spinning bikes, and exercise props. The character of the space is held in deep contrast to traditional gyms. Our historic home in the Hudson Valley is a former ballroom with hardwood floors, soaring windows, and high ceilings. The studio is a light filled place for contemplative, self-discovery.

Instructor Bios
Nicole teaches in Hudson NY and at West Village Yoga NYC. Recently, she's established a partnership with Vittoria Iraci, organizing wellness retreats at La Montagnola, an agriturismo in Umbria Italy. She also travels with Escape to Shape, working in locations like Marrakech, Cartagena, and Bali.
In the late 90's Nicole was the Associate Director of Upstate Films, an art house cinema in Rhinebeck NY; she taught playwriting at the Bardavon Opera House in Poughkeepsie NY. She served as film program director at Time & Space Limited in Hudson, NY, where she coordinated an Appalachian Film Festival. A freelance writer, Nicole began her Pilates training in 1998 to supplement her career. She's practiced Pilates as a student and as a teacher for fourteen years.
Certified to teach Classical Pilates and Yoga, Nicole continues to study and collaborate with movement professionals such as Kinesthetic Anatomist Irene Dowd, Alycea Ungaro, Steve Giordano, Susan Moran, and Iyengar Yoga teachers Kevin Gardiner and Kofi Busia. Nicole incorporates bodywork similar to Thai Massage and adheres to a system that nourishes mind, body, and spirit.
Megan Kane
Megan Kane began her Pilates training in 1993 while a dance major at The University of Buffalo. A fellowship at Alvin Ailey brought her to New York where she continued to study Pilates at Dance Space, Movements a Foot and Howard Sichel chiropractic She became certified through Power Pilates in 2002. She also teaches creative movement to young children and continues to study dance and yoga.

Sarah is a certified Pilates Teacher with Power Pilates NYC and its affiliate studio, Beacon Pilates in Beacon, NY. After graduating from Union College with a B.S. in biochemistry and a minor in art history, Sarah began practicing Pilates.
What began as a supplement to her regular exercise routine quickly became a habit, and prompted her to become a certified Pilates instructor. In 2007, Sarah completed Power Pilates Beginner Mat Certification in NYC with Susan Moran, and the comprehensive certification program with Juliet Harvey and Elin Benson in 2009. Since then she has had the honor to study with Bob Liekens, Susan Moran, Leah Katz, Jay Grimes, and Irene Dowd, to name a few. In 2011 Sarah became a Teacher Trainer for Power Pilates.
Sarah is also certified by the Pilates Method Alliance, and is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Physical Therapy at Sage Graduate School in Troy, NY.Shannon Gallagher
Shannon began practicing Pilates as a sophomore in high school at The Movement Center in Kingston, NY. She continued her practice with several classically trained teachers until 2006 when she began studying with Rose Ann Serpico at Rhinebeck Pilates and fell in love with the method's contemporary, functional anatomy-based approach. In 2009 she received her comprehensive teaching certification through The Moving Body in Woodstock, NY, a program based on the Kane School for Core Integration, and her PMA certification later that same year. Shannon has since studied with Karen Carlson in Philadelphia, PA, and continues to pursue interests in movement science and bodywork.Brittany Thibeault
Brittany Thibeault, Spa and Wellness Project Consultant, is a native of Hudson and owns a local small business with her husband, William. After college, she returned from New Orleans, LA to raise her two children while managing a day spa in Great Barrington MA. Following completion of the Microbusiness class of the Columbia Hudson Partnership, her interest in sustaining, marketing and developing small businesses grew. Along with organizing and volunteering for multiple foundations & events in the area, Brittany has produced & performed in a traveling dance performance group for the last 7 years.
