MAT CLASS
Weight bearing, group classes with a light hearted and accessible approach. Props such as therabands, physio-balls, weights, circles, and rollers are often used. Recommended for all levels. 50 minutes.
TOWER CLASS
New York Magazine calls Tower Classes one of the "best workouts in the city." Popular small group machine classes designed to suit the individual needs of 7 people or less. Tower classes are affordable, challenging, and uniquely choreographed. Most classes incorporate touch, music, and flowing movement. 55-60 minutes.

SPIN
A full body indoor cycling experience in a small group setting. Condition your heart, lungs, and legs with an energetic, musical, stationary bike ride; work core Pilates principles; burn fat, lose weight and experience the perfect work out in a unique environment. Our classes are different than the gym. The instructors are handpicked to reflect the wellness ideals of our studio, and yes, they remember your name, individual needs, and injuries. The music is fun and eclectic. Our studio is clean and it smells good with Young Living Essential Oil aromatherapy. 50-55 mins.
Spin $30/$25 series of 5 ($125)/$20 series of 10 $200 within one month expiration. Half-hour Spin classes are $10 for Pilates Hudson Students.
JUMP BOARD CLASS
Looking to boost your cardio and do Pilates too? As part of the advanced repertoire, the Jumpboard will challenge your stamina. The Jumpboard is attached to the end of the reformer allowing you to jump while on your back. It's a classical Pilates apparatus and mat work with a Jumpbard finale to give you core strengthening with a cardio kick! Open to strong intermediate and advanced clients only. Three people. 55 mins.

MIXED MOVEMENT

A new fusion of Classical Pilates and Yoga Asana Practice. Utilizing the mat and Pilates apparatus. 55-60 mins

Conditioning classes aimed at weight loss that accelerate your heart rate, while improving strength and flexibility. Spinning and Suspension Training often included. 55-60 mins
PRIVATE AND SEMI PRIVATE APPARATUS
Available 7 days a week in Hudson and in NYC. Private classes are strongly recommended for beginners and for those who desire personal attention, thorough training, flexible scheduling, and light massage. The studio is fully equipped with reformers, barrells, wunda chairs, towers, and a Cadillac. Privates and small group mats are available in NYC on Wed & Thurs as well.

FASCIAL STRETCH THERAPY $85/$80 for 5
