About the Studio
The studio in Hudson NY is fully equipped with Classical Pilates apparatus, TRX straps, and indoor exercise bicycles. The character of the space is held in deep contrast to traditional gyms. Our historic home in the Hudson Valley is a former ballroom with hardwood floors, soaring windows, and high ceilings. The studio is a light filled place for contemplative, self-discovery. Set in the Historic District of Hudson NY, the studio reflects the authentic, timeless method that Joe Pilates created in Germany in the early 1900s.
In a world where traditional fitness studios hold empty promises and too many credit card charges, we cultivate real relationships with real people in simple ways that work.
